To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be unused, undamaged, in their original manufactured condition, and received by Inglenook & Co. within 30 calendar days of purchase. Due to the nature of handmade candles and individual scent perception, scent preference or fragrance performance dissatisfaction after use does not qualify for return or replacement. Products must be unused and returned within 30 calendar days of purchase. Shipping damage or verified manufacturing concerns should be reported promptly upon discovery.
